After more research I have concluded this is the 2003-4 Silver Team. We came in 2nd place and each won a lovely small crystal vase. Most of these women also played on 3.5- that year and won 2nd place there also. We each won a silver dish in that category; one is displayed in the Tennis Office. It was one of our strongest teams ever!
